 storeys and is located within 12 kilometres of Red Square
 and the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts.
 Maxima Zarya hotel is conveniently located not far from the
 city centre in a quiet and environmentally friendly area
 near the metro stations Vladykino. It is possible to come to
 the hotel from the Sheremetyevo airport by-passing the
 overcrowded central highways. The hotel enjoys vicinity with
 Estate Ostankino/ Palace of Count Sheremetyev/ All-Russian
 Exhibition Centre and magnificent Botanical Garden.
 The hotel offers 192 guestrooms located on five floors- all
 of which feature modern decor with dark wood furnishings and
 include satellite television- direct-dial phones- minibars
 and desks. WI-FI Internet is available all over the hotel.
 Guests of Maxima Zarya enjoy a complimentary buffet
 breakfast each morning.
 Europe -informal/ modern restaurant which serves a range of
 Russian and European dishes including speciality fish and

								-Cancellations are based on property lcl time/date. The
default cx policy- for cancellations received after 12.00
pm-1 day prior to arrival date or a No show guest a charge
equal to 1 night stay plus 5 pct lcl tax will be made in
RUssian Roubles according to the exchange rate of the
Central Bank of Russia effective on the date of charge. The
charge will be made by Best Eurasian Hotels headquarters on
behalf of the hotel. To avoid additional charges all
cancellations are to be made via the channel of booking.
